Owen Robbins provides specialized research and services that add measurable value to ServiceElements customers by generating better data to improve decision-making.

Owen brings a unique set of skills to ServiceElements. He is a Clinical Psychologist with twenty-five years of experience addressing the challenges of developing, managing and advancing individual, corporate and entrepreneurial enterprises by strategically applying psychological knowledge and expertise.

With Owen’s expertise, ServiceElements utilizes a powerful, flexible and multi-dimensional survey and performance measurement system. This proprietary research-based system is capable of integrating customer, front line and management performance measures to generate action plans for accomplishing strategic goals.

Owen received his B.A. Magna Cum Laude with Distinction in Psychology, Phi Beta Kappa from Boston University; his M.A. and Doctoral Candidate, ABD from Clark University; and was a Clinical Fellow, Beth Israel Hospital, Harvard Medical School, Department of Psychiatry.
