Susan Ramsay Joins ServiceElements as Motivational Speaker
Scottsdale, Ariz. – ServiceElements, an organizational and behavioral culture enhancement company, announced today that business aviation veteran Susan Ramsay has joined the company as a motivational speaker/facilitator and strategist.
“For the last 18 years, Susan has earned the respect of crewmembers, schedulers, and peers by setting the example of exceeding expectations,” said ServiceElements President Bob Hobbi. “As a member of NBAA, Susan chaired the NBAA Schedulers and Dispatchers Conference & Committee, an honor rarely given to a non-scheduler.”
Ramsay began her career at Butler Aviation/BWI as a customer service representative. In addition to serving flight departments and representing Signature Flight Support, Jet Aviation, and most recently the Exxon Avitat Network, she was instrumental in developing and facilitating service training programs throughout her career.
Ramsay is a member of the Arizona Business Aviation Association. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree and masters of education degree at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She resides with her husband Frederick in Surprise, Arizona.
