Atlantic Aviation Flight Services Signs Training Agreement
with ServiceElements

Customized workshops and consultation help sharpen service culture

Scottsdale, Ariz. ServiceElements, a customer service motivational and strategy firm, has signed a long-term agreement with Atlantic Aviation Flight Services, Inc. (AAFS) to provide service strategy consulting and training for all employees and associates of the executive aircraft charter and management company.

ServiceElements will begin its two-year program by deploying its variety of service culture assessment tools to evaluate AAFS’s service culture, using the results to design a customized program of workshops and materials to help AAFS address specific service challenges and achieve tangible results.
